I just got ripped off again by Taxmasters. If you make a verbal agreement to hire them via phone, they DON'T wait to recieve your signed paperwork hiring them, they deduct money from your bank account whenever they please. With no authorization they took a second payment this month and tried to lie about it. If you need help with the IRS I would at least hire people that can bill properly. I have stopped my bank from allowing them to deduct any further monies from my account and sent Taxmasters a you are fired letter. I am sharing this experience to save you the grief of being preyed upon when you need help with the IRS. please repost this info
