Utah amazed me with it's stark contrast of rugged desert mountains and lush valleys. We hauled a load of fancy dark beer through Utah to Boise, Idaho. We joked that if we broke down in the desert, we wouldn't die of thirst! It was 109° but no kegs or bottles exploded.
